REPORT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ART 13 L.D. no. 196/2003
 in compliance with art 13 L.D. 196/2003 and relating to the personal data the company will receive, please note the following:

1. End of data treatment
 The treatment of data exclusively aims at a correct and complete execution of the contract relationship with customers and suppliers including every law compliance and sale and marketing activity.

2. Modality of the treatment
Data are treated according to the various operations in compliance with art. 4 paragraph 1 lett. A) L. D. 196/03: collection, registration, organization, consulting, processing, selection, extraction cancellation and destruction of data. The above-mentioned operations can be carried out with or without the help of automated instruments. The treatment of data is carried out by the owner and/or responsible for the treatment.

3. Data conferring
 Data are conferred in order to carry out the activity indicated at point 1.

4. Non-acceptance of data conferring
 The non-acceptance of personal data conferring entails the impossibility to fulfil the activity described at point 1.

5. Data communication
 Personal data are available to those responsible for the treatment and can be communicated for the purposes described at point 1 to outside collaborators and related companies.

6. Divulgation of data
Data cannot be revealed.

7. Transfer of data abroad
 Data can be transferred to EU countries for the purposes indicated at point 1.

8. Rights of the interested party
Art. 7 L.D. 196/03 confers to the interested party the exercise of specific rights, among which that of obtaining the confirmation from the owner of the existence of his own personal data and their availability, and has also the right to know the origin of data, purposes and modalities of the treatment, the identification details of the owner and/or responsible if appointed; the interested party has also the right to be up-dated, and informed about any modification and integration of data, cancellation, processing and blocking of treated data; the owner has the right to oppose to the treatment of data for valid reasons.

9. Owner of the treatment
The owner of the treatment is SEA Società Europea Autocaravan SpA.
